children & extra bed policy
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children from 0 to 3 years old can stay free of charge in the room, using the existing beds or in a child cot (free of charge).
Children from 4 to 11 years old pay 3.500f /night using existing beds.
12 years and older are considered as adults
one extra bed is available upon request and it price is 5.500f/night independently of the age of the occupier.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Rate
We offer a free cancellation (except bank fees) for all cancellation up to 45 days before check in date.
50% refund for all cancellations between 45 days and 15 days before the check in date.
No refund for no shows or cancellation less than 15 days prior check in date.
Non-Flexible Rate
No refund for no shows or cancellation
In order to accept the reservation, we request a deposit of 50% of the reservation price. We will send you an email with all the payments informations. You will be able to pay the deposit either with a credit card (2% fees apply) or through a bank wire.
For settling the balance, we accept Cash, Bank wires and all major credit card ( 2% bank fee).
payment policy
Please inform us of your arrival time, so that we can organise the airport transfert.
Check in time is 2:00 PM however, if the bungalow is ready, you will be able to check in earlier for no extra fees. Check out time is 10:00 AM and similarly if we do not need the bungalow you will be able to check out later for no extra fees.
We can organise and book your activities well ahead your arrival, free of charge, but in case you decide to cancel the activity less than 48h before its schedule time (for no “majeur force” reasons), the operator will charge you the full price of the booked activity.
