How do I get to the bungalows from the airport?
We have a shuttle service, remember to tell us your arrival time and the Taxi Raoul will pick you up.
The return transfer fee is 1.500f/person.
Is wireless internet available?
Free WiFi is available over the whole property
Can I reduce my length of stay or modify my reservation last minute?
No, we have a strict cancellation policy. Therefore if decide to cancel or modify your reservation less then 15 days before the check in date, the amount of the whole stay is due. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more informations
How many people can sleep in one bungalow?
Our bungalow are for 3 people. We have a double bedroom and a single bed in the living area. Upon demand we can add a second single bed to increase the capacity to 4 people, the price for the extra bed is 5.500f/night, breakfast included.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is only allowed outdoor, on your bungalow terrace or on the outdoor common area
Are children welcome?
Children are welcome. Below 3 years old they stay free of charge. Between 3 and 12 years old they are charged 3.500f/night breakfast included.
Can I pay with credit card?
Yes, We accept all major credit card. There is however a 2% bank fee for credit card payment
Do I need to book in advance Excursions, activities and dives?
It is better to book in advance your activities at least dives and full day excursion. That is particularly true of you are travelling between July and October
Are there restaurant around the area?
We are in the area with most restaurants. There are 6 places to eat in the 1km range. There are also 3 other places further away but which offer a pick up service
Can we have dinner at Va’a i te Moana
We offer dinner service from Sunday until Tuesday. You can book your dinner until 11am of the same day. The menu is a fixed menu Fusion-Polynesian, including Entrée, Main and dessert. The prices for the dinner is 3.900f per person. We also have a children menu: one main and a dessert with a glass of fruit juice for 2.000f
What if I have allergies?
In case of allergies or special dietary requirement, please tell us and we will adapt the menu
Is there a private beach on the property?
Rangiroa does not have many sandy beaches. We are on the Ocean Side, so there no access to the lagoon, but just across the road there is a little reef beach on the ocean, where you could bath your feet or enjoy strolling along.
Are the bungalow provided with A/C?
No, we don’t have A/C in the rooms. However, our bungalow are in front of Tiputa Pass and the constant breeze will refresh you even during hot days. We also have a fan in the bungalow.
